- Health information
- DoorMD's own pages don't ask for health, contact or payment details. When you order, you enter personal, health and payment details into the BloomRx ordering portal shown inside this site, not into DoorMD's pages.
- Care guide (Find your next step)
- Your answers stay in your browser tab's memory only and disappear when you leave the page. They are not saved or sent anywhere, and are not added to links.
- Visit checklist
- Ticks stay in memory while the page is open. Printing or downloading happens on your device.
- Calendar reminder
- Created on your device with a generic title and no medical details. It is not a booked appointment.
- Coverage check
- Our server reads DoorMD's public clinic configuration from the BloomRx portal for the owner's status panel. No information about you is sent.
- Treatment list and prices
- Our server reads DoorMD's public storefront catalog from the BloomRx portal (names, formats, sizes, per-item prices and stock) to show the Shop page. Search and filters stay in your browser tab's memory. No information about you is sent.
- Orders and payments
- DoorMD's storefront takes no orders or payments itself. When you order, the BloomRx ordering portal is shown inside this site; your cart, sign-in, health answers and payment go to BloomRx, which collects and processes them under its own policies. The storefront's code does not read or store what you enter in the portal. Authorized care and pharmacy teams may access the records they need to provide your care.
- Tracking
- DoorMD's storefront pages don't use advertising pixels or analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs. The embedded BloomRx ordering portal uses its own analytics and error logging under its own policies.
- Portal links
- Treatment buttons open that treatment's catalog page on portal.bloomrx.io when one is available, so the link shows which treatment you chose. No health answers or personal details are added to links. Medical records, accounts and orders live in the portal and follow its own policies.
